Refunds & Returns
Every item at Ebbly Boutique is specially hand-picked and curated just for you. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. Once your order arrives, kindly inspect it to ascertain that you received exactly what you expected.
Your satisfaction is our priority and if for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your order or you change your mind, we will be more than happy to provide an exchange, store credit or refund.
In the case of exchange, here’s how it works:
a. Send an email to email@example.com
b. In your email, include your order number and state the reason you are asking for an exchange. You will get a response within two business days
c. Carefully package the item(s) you want to exchange and address it to:

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remains your responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.
d. Upon receipt of your return and verification that the item is in the original condition in which it was sent to you, we will gladly do an exchange for that item in the same value, provided it is still in stock.
*If item is no longer in stock, we will offer you a store credit (less shipping) which you can use toward new or future purchases or offer a full refund (less shipping.)
*If you prefer a refund, we will issue you a full refund, but shipping charges remain your responsibility.
Return policy for the leather products
Customised items CANNOT be returned. Tuscany Leather items can be returned with 14 days of receiving their order.
We'll credit the 90% of the goods value (due to the 10% of Restocking Fee) in case the product is unused and with the warranty seal still attached. In case the product will appear used or the warranty seal no more attached, we’ll credit the 80% of the goods value (due to the 20% of Restocking Fee).
If the item you bought goes on sale within seven (7) days of your original purchase and you contact us, we will refund the difference to your method of payment or issue you a store credit.
Life is fluid and it’s okay to change your mind. We allow up to 28 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense.
